Study at your own pace
We recommend that you aim to complete this course within 12 weeks. This allows you the flexibility to think and reflect whilst studying, giving you time to practise and incorporate the learning alongside your mentoring.
The total study time is 12-15 hours, so 1-2 hours per week. We know this involves a commitment on your part, but we hope you will value the enrichment it brings to you and the mentors you may work alongside.
Personal development
A certificate of completion is awarded on the basis of the self-evaluation, self-reflection and journaling which you undertake throughout your learning.
Upon completion of this course, you will be recognised by LSE Generate as a Certified Mentor capable of mentoring complex, high-growth businesses.
